off week

The plan is to go have fun at the chilly chili ice race, this time of year training is to detailed, you lose the feel of racing . The thing is you plan on racing a day, if you don't feel up to it you still race, you just work around the feelings and race your best and not give up. This time of year race a little, train a lot never stop doing both. Not good at racing? Race more till you need to work on training.
