base 1, week 1 ,thu, jan3

1 hour e1 today. I needed a bit of rest, Friday I will do a lite 1 hour run or do a speed drill, if no speed drill Friday I will do it with a e2 on Saturday. I will go in to the weekends feeling really good for the longer rides and early in the week I will do shorter harder workouts.
