Base 1, week 3 ,SUN, Jan20

Fri 1hour spin 4 or5 30sec fast spin. Sat 2hour e2 .Sun 1.5 hour run then 1.5 hour e2 .

well dana and izzy if im a slacker and im geting slower,you would think thats bad but!!!I am training to be a slower(slower = less of) slacker witch in return makes me faster. I think
