Yesterday 1hour e1 trainer, today 2 hour e2 with 5or6 one leg drills on trainer fun fun . This week will be ruff to get 13 hours in, the cold tends to slow the bike rides down outside so to only ride the trainer this week is going to make it a real test . USA cycling approved my 2007 race resume to be a 2008 expert ,so now its on! The pic is for me to remember days like this is what you train for and that makes it easy to sit on the trainer on cold weeks.
