base 1, week 2 ,sun, jan13

2.5 hour e2 bike ride. Biked to leb , biked leb and biked home. Went with Keven, good times. I think that's 12 hours for the week. This week felt OK I don't feel really fast, as long as i keep rides under control I will do fine. The main thing to remember is in base you gain little in speed or anything really, so you think all the biking i will do there is no gain to see or feel and to know this is really important (no one has gotten fast on just base training , but no one got fast with out it.)
